Hello All, can you please advise what stage we can withdraw OINP application without penalty. If we withdraw in Submitted status do we get refund ? any information on refund on different status ?
Hi everyone. I am new here. Thanks for updating this thread and sharing your experiences here. This is very helpful as only we can understand each other's anxiety. I submitted my application on 15th Sep'19 and till now - after 30 days of submission - the status has not changed from "submitted". Reading your comments here gives me hope that this is not just happening with me only.
I would like to know if we will get an email notification when there is an update of our application status in OINP?
Will we get an email notification if OINP needs any clarification on our application?
Your feedback will be highly appreciated as I don't like the frustration of checking my OINP account regularly. Thanks!
It's pretty normal, my status got updated from Submitted to Assessment after 30 days, but later within a week it went to Decision in progress and now it's in Decision in progress for almost a month.
Note: My application total time after I submitted(20 August) my application is 61 days, but now I know it's slow so least worried.

Hey, check out this link for details on the refund when you withdraw. They have mentioned they will return if your application is in submitted state or your application is incomplete. Anytime after no return even if you withdraw or it gets rejected. https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream
I think the application will take 30-60 working days to be processed.. Correct me if I am wrong or if anyone feels otherwise..
I have been in Assessment for a month now too
