Depends what you mean by freeze... from OINP perspective it's at the date you got your PT NOI, so don't worry abou failing below 400 as far as birthday is concerned.
From an EE perspective it's the dat you received ITA for birthday and AOR for IELTS.

Need Help to address the ADR request by OINP.
1. OINP requires that you possess sufficient funds supported by bank statements (that are unencumbered and readily transferable in a convertible currency) to cover settlement costs in Ontario, aas set by Statistics Canada (LICO), see link for details: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigra...lled/funds.asp . In order to ensure that you still have access to sufficient settlement funds as reported last on March 22, 2016 please provide:
- Copies of your recent bank statements
I had sent these documents( 6 mnths Bnk Statements, FD receipt, Bank Letter confirming effective bal) last week which they acknowledged receiving and adding to the file Can I submit the same ? At the most I am asking for a updated bank letter( theres hardly any changes to the balance) note: my FD is for 5 years however not with a lock in period. DO I need to send CTCs
2. OINP requires that you have a minimum of one year of continuous and full-time employment (1650 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A or B occupation in Canadain the past five years from the date of the PT notification of Interest from Ontario.
As per the information you listed in MyCIC profile, you have selected NOC 1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants as your main NOC, however this code matches work experience with XXX From Aug 2000 to July 2003 which is out of the required period of past five years from the date of the PT notification of Interest from Ontario ( NOI) – Dec 23, 2015.
- Should you select a new NOC, which applies to your work experience in the past 5 years from NOI: Dec 23, 2011 to Dec 23, 2015 please submit confirmation that you have updated your MyCIC profile accordingly (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of NOC selected, etc.).
Now the concern here is
1. My primary NOC in EE is 1112 ( not 1111 as mentioned by OINP).- Also I am FSW outland.
I believe my primary NOC should have been 1114 as per lead statement. (My profile was created by agent)
2. There are three workex mentioned in EE

With regards to changing your NOC, since they have said "Should you select a new NOC, which applies to your work experience in the past 5 years from NOI" I think you can and yo should change it providing that you're sure your responsibilities are a better match to your new NOC. You don't need to create a NEW profile, you can just change the current one and send a screen shot, but if you'd prefer to creat a new on then OK.

I have made changes to the NOC and sent them the necessary screen shots and other details.(thanks to bestoflucks advise). I wanted to create a new profile as my Profile is expiring in two weeks time.However I wish they process my file before the next draw. If not then I might get stuck in other issue of NLA
