My Status After uploading all documents and same after sending with payment fee is as under:-

Review of eligibility :-Review in Progress
Review of medical results :-Not needed at this time
Review of submitted documents :-

A background check is needed :-Not needed at this time
Final decision :-Not Started

I got the nomination on 16th Dec, 2016 directly in CIC site, points added after acceptance and got the ITA on the same day but did not receive the email with nomination document yet. Just started going through the checklist and found that nomination document is a mandatory document.

I was posting on the other threads and today only I found this relevant thread.
I also applied for the OINP in March 2016. My express entry profile is expiring on Feb 6th, 2017. (Created 05/Feb/2016). Received ITA from Ontario: 08-FEB-2016
I got an email (2nd/3rd week of August 2016, unable to quote exact date) asking for a new check for CAD$1500 as the old check was outdated/invalid. Then I sent the new check in last week of August.
Is the receipt of Nominee application, the same as AOR? If so, I received it on August 20, 2016.
In that letter, it is mentioned that if I need to renew the express entry profile, I should do it within 30 days of receiving that letter. However, at that time, I didn't have a clue that it is going to take such a long time and I just left the EE profile as it is. Now, after waiting for this long time, I haven't received any update from the OINP yet. What should I do? If I create another Express Entry Profile, will I be able to send the OINP because the OINP in the AOR letter mentioned I should create/renew profile within 30 days of receiving that letter, and as it was received in August 2016, what should I do now. My EE profile is expiring on Feb 7th.
Please advise/or any links to relevant sources of information.

Did you not receive a request for additional docs around Oct/Nov of last year? If not then you should give them a call and ask for a status of your application.
If you look at the thread there are two school of thoughts on renewing EE profile, some prefer to do it upfront while others prefere to let it expire first. It's up to you, both have advanced and disadvantages.
