I guess the nominations have paused waiting for the next draw. They might have reached the cap for next draw ITAs. Lets see how and when it happens and when we get nominated.
I think they have may have a quota per draw to fill... and I believe they've already filled that for this draw, so we'll probably see more NoMs from tomorrow onwards. Sounds strange, I know... But it's the only plausible explanation to this lack of NoMs these last few days.
Perhaps this is the last draw and then they can issue their remaining NoMs.. That would also explain why the first few draws in the year have such high cut offs, as there are many nominees ion the pool...

They do have quota per year that is a fact.
But they have most likely request to spread the nominations all over the year (logical deduction from how the system Works).
So they have also most likely monthly or weekly quotas for both paper based and EE nominations.
Rough calculation is around 250 nominations per month in EE. That is like 65 nominations per week. And with app. 15 to 20 % of all applicants sharing on this forum, we would see app. 12 to 15 people per week to comment, that they just got nominated from Ontario Human priorities.
