OINP Application sent in March 2016

I have sent my additional document on 14th but I have not got any acknowledgment yet. Is there any other who has sent on same day and received any acknowledgement please let me know. Should we be worried or any other way to know. Should we sent mail saying please acknowledge our mail?
And also let me know how can we speak after calling OINP once they say dial the desired extension of 10 digit .... is there any specific number ?

Please guide .!.!.!

I sent my additional docs via email on November 11 and were received by OINP via courier on November 17, but did not receive any acknowledgement email too. I am not worried though. Some do not receive ack email but next one is a nomination email. Just staying positive.

I got a second document request about 2 hours ago, this time for 6 months bank statements showing proof of funds. I got an acknowldgement email 5 minutes after sending the documents.

I got the first document request on November 5th asking for paystubs and bank statements showing direct deposits.

Mine is NB as well! It didn't use to be. The very first email I received had "T-ED" on the subject line. Now I got NB. I wonder if the agents keep switching cases all the time, or perhaps some of them are temp agents...

People have said that the T- before the initials (like T-XX) is for temp ;-)

So I've finally picked up my translations for the additional docs they requested and just sent everything!!!!

It's been 20 mins and no "Mailbox is full" error so I'm thinking it probably went through ok!

Now awaiting anxiously the ACK from RW... Since we've established that people are getting ACK, now I'm anxious!
