OINP Application sent in March 2016

No AOR reported on 26th was unusual. A fast session and a sudden break is disappointing. Hope We see the rest of the AOR's on Monday.

Raj, bestofluck all Seniors, Members:

Do you expect OINP will call all applicants of all streams, requesting additional docs for all applicants whom AoR's are issued?

If OINP wants additional docs, latest bank statement, employment letter etc, from all applicants, they should declare.

Instead of waiting we can send them the docs and relax. This uncertainty is really painful. :'( :'( :'(

Some applicants have already submitted additional docs long ago, still there is no decision forthcoming.

I expect them to ask for additional docs but not to everybody.
Also, additional docs like updated proof of funds are a good step in the process.
I personally think that not everyone will get additional docs request or similar docs request.
Some may get request for job or business explanation, some may get for spouse or kid details request.

Yes, I do expect that most applicants with AOR but no additional document request will receive a call + document request before their application moves to decision phase. Yes, it would be better that they ask everyone to send updated docs because the process would be much faster.

Changes to your Personal information

1. 16 February 2016 applicant. AoR received 16 Aug.
Earlier I sent copy of my USA B1 / B2 Visa issued on 7th March 2016 to ExpressEntry@ontario.ca, ontarionominee@ontario.ca
No acknowledgement.

2. Employed for over five years in MNC and continuing.
At the time of submitting my application my designation was "Software Engineer", NOC 2173
I am promoted as Analyst. According to my understanding my NOC remains same, role and responsibilities are 90% same.

According to OINP letter

You will receive an acknowledgement letter that will include your file tracking number. (I received AoR, file tracking number)

Do NOT submit any documentation to this office until you have received a formal acknowledgement letter from PNP advising that your application has been accepted for processing and advising you of your assigned file number.

Shall I wait for the additional docs request or

Complete the Change of Personal Information Form" for changes to my personal information!!! Please guide.

If your job is above 3 years and working in one place than chances are low. They will only ask payslips and bank statement and POF updated

you can expect a phone call in first week of November . table in Dec thread

Even if OINP asks any doc, I can provide.

@ MZASAM 6 years in same company ? may be they dont ask any additional documents.

you dont have anything to change at this stage. This is a standard mail so dont worry. If you renew your passport , or change a job or any other change like IELTS update...you have to inform.

My work permit and visa submitted in the application expired on 30th April 2016. I have already received my renewed work permit and visa which is valid till Apr 2018.

Shall I wait for the additional docs request or

Complete the Change of Personal Information Form" for changes to my personal information with the new WP and Visa?

You can email/fax them a scanned copy a completed Change of Personal Information Form along with a copy of your renewed WP. Please make sure you quote your file number in the subject line and you can also mention about your renewed WP on applicant's comments section on the form. They generally do not acknowledge the receipt of correspondence.

Thank you for the response. How about the new visa stamped in my passport? Should i send this as well or just the new WP is enough?
