1) This is an incorrect thread to post your message
2) If you want to study in Montreal college, why are you taking admission in Ontario college ?. What is the harm in studying in Ontario college ?. Don't suggest opting for un-necessary adventures when educational loan money is involved.
3) Your Ontario college or the bank issuing your loan can advice you about the loan transfer as policy vary across the institutions. So check with them rather on this IMMIGRATION forum.
The PR policies in Quebec are easy as compare to ontario. I know this is not correct thread but I just need few advice and wanted to clear my doubts. You guys are there and have more knowledge that is one of the reason why I posted this here!
If I directly apply to Montreal's college, there are chances of visa getting rejected!
Please help me with this bro!

Yes, that is correct. I sent my mail on the same address, got an automatic response straightaway and after a couple of days the reviewed & accepted one..
