OINP Application sent in 2016

overall time to get nomination.

Looks like OINP has truck load of nominations . They are sending invites to almost every body with CRS>400 and accepting applications since Oct-2015. They will already have a pile up of thousands of applications. There pace of sending out more invites hasn't reduced that means there 2015+2016 quota still needs more applications.

yes......its still a long wait...looks like express entry is not working for CEC especially for intra company transfer candidates.

Due to the high volume of applications being received, applicants should expect an acknowledgement letter to be sent within 6-8 weeks. If you have not received your application package back or an acknowledgement letter within 6 weeks, please contact us through email at Ontarionominee@ontario.ca for a status update. Please include your full name (as shown on your passport), date of birth, the date you submitted your application, express entry profile number, Job Seeker Validation Code (also known as Candidate Identifier Code) if applicable.
