Has anyone ever sent a letter of explanation along with their additional doc requests? I was asked to send my past pay stubs and letter of reference, and now I realised that one of my past employer has a different signature on a new letter of reference compared to the one I sent in February OINP Application.

I have no idea, but I guess nothing stops you from sending an additional letter of explanation. Actually, I think I would be doing so, since am
unable to provide certain documents myself. I have received a request for additional docs too, few days ago, under the French Stream
Maybe provide a simple word document stating that it changed and maybe the reason and explaining that it's still the same company.
I think it's better to have extra info available rather than lacking some info.
