So i send docs till feb for x company and then from may to till now for my curret company?

They have asked only for Company X so there is no real need to send any documents for the current company.

· Copies of Form 16 for the years 2014 and 2015.



SUFFICIENT FUNDS



· Most recent bank assessment showing all assets. 6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should show your name and account balance.



SPOUSES DOCUMENTS:



· Copy of a language test for your spouse.

· Proof of your spouse’s employment as an Account Manager

· Any additional supporting documents that would be applicable to support your application.



INTENT



Your intent letter indicates that you and your spouse would like to settle in Ontario to pursue better employment. Please provide the any Job search efforts/job search log indicating dates, employer names, positions and any employer responses, including potential job offers in Ontario.





You will be allowed 15 calendar days from the date of this correspondence to provide the above documentation and/or information in support of your application.

Should work, also add a note to explain why you are unable to submit the pay stubs.

Provide evidence of having searched for jobs. If you had indicated in your letter of intent that your spouse will also look for jobs, add a note to explain why you haven't started searching for a job for your spouse as well.

Yes, you can submit the confirmation of filing a return and explain this in LOE. However, you can check your account on the income tax website to see if Form 16 is available.

It means if you have some other document(s) that is not listed but you think it/they could add value to your case, include those documents as well.
