I dont have time now to renew because i need to go to montreal for the embassy. Can i apply for the spousal sponsorhsip and owp. Renew it and then send them the new informations, or should i wait for the owp given that i have my work permit untial 2020 and i might not need it because it usually takes 12 months
It would be much better to submit the passport renewal first but seems like you hav3 already decided to go ahead and submit the OWP and sponsorship first. It is your decision.
Oh no my question was ( sorry again ! ) can i submit my sponsorship. Then wait for the new passport and apply for the owp ? Since i still have the pgwp that will end on sep 2020.

Thank you @canuck78 for all yours answers. I really appreciate it. In 2019 i have been outside canada 2 months ( not continuous ) for my engagement and some other personnal matters. So i think i am still eligible for the ohip card, right ?
Not sure when you started your 3 month waiting period but as long as you were in Ontario for 5 out of the first 6 months yes you should qualify for OHIP.
Yes i already have my ohip card, and i did not leave canada the first year i came year, i stayed for more than 1 year after the first time i arrived to canada
