Thanks for the advice. I doubt that my employer would be willing to re-word the offer. My current ITA deadline is March, 7 2018, still some times to go though. As you said, this 50 additional points is not guaranteed. I shall see what I'd want to do. Speaking of the points, do you know if the points that generated by the CRS calculator is somehow different from the one showing on your profile?
The CRS calculator is accurate (if you fill it right of course). But you can simply logged in your account, retrieve your "Overall Score" in your EE profile and subtract 50 points.

I think both the CRS calculator and the EE profile provide a breakdown of the points. You can try to compare both breakdowns to locate the cause of the discrepancy.

Hi, thanks for answering, I just checked the difference between the calculator and profile score, while i got 26 points in "Foreign work experience" under "Skill transferability factors", in comparison got nothing under this category in my profile, which is a big contribution to my overall score. I searched up a bit, somebody had the same situation, do you have any clue how to fix it? or it is just the way it is?
BTW, i've decided to decline the ITA, do not want to risk, ending up with wasting the time and money.
Thanks!
