Advise me,

As per OP25-A:

For a student who had graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution, only work
experience gained after graduation will count towards meeting the work experience
requirement (e.g., post-graduate work permit).

This is a gray area. But I counted 1 year from the date written on PGWP, just to stay safe. Because you get in to PR processing and after 8 months they send you a letter saying "You don't meet the required 12 months work experience" - then you think if only I applied 2 months after.

As iamroth says, it's a gray area - it SHOULD be eligible if you have graduated/completed your schooling by then. If you can't wait those extra 2-3 months, then I would recommend adding a written explanation - you started full-time work after graduation while you were still on the off-campus work permit and waiting for the PGWP. Include some kind of documentation on your final date of enrollment, (e.g. graduation date), it's usually indicated on a diploma or transcript, but you can also get a letter frrom your school's registrar indicating the start and end dates of your enrollment.
