Its been over 3 weeks since everything completed on tracker and no update after that. Wait for final decision is really killing now.

It's always a waiting game. I have been waiting foe echoer for more than 2 weeks....

Especially when you see that everybody else gets portal 1 very soon after everything is completed in the tracker. It takes a few days, maybe 2 weeks...

PPR letter shows up in GCKey(if OP used the right terminology)+you get an email notification that requires you to login to GCKey. RFV otoh comes over email.
