Congrats! If you/your dependents don't get your PR cards in after 60 days, worth checking with IRCC if they "sent" your PR cards that were never delivered. It is a thing that's happening pretty commonly lately.

I got MEP/BIL request on 16 Jan. My AOR is 5 Dec . Today i got a ghost update on my account dont know what it was anyone got similar ghost update after MEP/BIL request ...

It wonot be more positive on u MEP and BIL, maybe Eligibility started, depends what is u stream. BGC ususally starts after u Bio done.

I saw some cases in FSW with AOR Oct 30th and also in another forum I saw FSW Nov 2nd..I hope CEC November 1st to 10th will receive BIL/MED instructions.

yes, you meet the minimum entry criteria set based on the cut off score of your ITA.
