I'm in the same boat. AOR of Oct 27, have no updates and still have the CANxxx UCI. Did an upfront medical and also have a clean profile. I'm FSW-O.

I hope we can have at least some updates, even if it's just medicals, by this month. I was looking forward and had already started to plan to move there in April 2024 (6 months after AOR)

That’s still a possibility…. December is usually slow.. picks up again in January.

Yes, FSW-O with AOR 30 Oct.

No Medicals request and no BIL letter.
Even UCI is CANXXX.

Not the final decision but yesterday the COPR details showed on my tracker and the government asked me information to send the credentials for the portal.

Does anyone know if you can receive FD or COPR directly with Eligibility being in the "Not Started" state? Or is it mandatory for the Eligibility status to change from "Not Started" to "In Progress" and then "Completed" on the tracker to receive the FD/COPR?

Hi,

I applied under the PNP- Outland Tech stream, and here's my timeline according to the tracker:

• AOR: Oct 13
• Medical Completed: Nov 6
• Biometric Completed: Nov 13
• Background Check:
  • In Progress (since late Oct and early Nov)
  • As of Nov 17: Criminality- Passed ; Info Sharing- In Progress ; Security- Not Started
• Primary Visa Office: CIO Sydney
• Secondary Visa Office: CPC Ottawa
• Eligibility: Not Started

On GCKey:

• Background Check Status: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
• Eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

I'm wondering if it's normal for Eligibility to show as Not Started on the tracker. Does eligibility start after background check is completed? Is my timeline within the normal range considering the primary and secondary VOs?
