I think not much option but they have experience

Indeed. However, by options, I mean higher number of options to track status of applications because, they have multiple clients and they can track the status of all their submissions in one go.

yes, either can start before. There's no fixed pattern.

Does anyone know what it means to see the Status Date updated to today's date in the tracker, but nothing else has changed in each section? Is it the Ghost Update? The current status of each section is as in the signature.
