You are likely to be entering your details wrong.
1. are you adding city, province/state where it asks for it?
2. are you adding rest of your details exactly as they are in your passport?

Those two are tiny mistakes, but are usually the common suspects.

Applying from India. Will the reduction of canadian diplomats impact processing timelines ? Any Indian who have got AOR in Oct 23 and received biometric request ?

I tried multiple times with the correct details. Its not working. I somehow feel if I messed something up in the application now

In that case just wait. If you have UCIXXX number, your application is good so far!
