Hey guys. I received a request letter on Feb 7, asking for Schedule A for me and my wife (finally the file has progressed after 1 year!). Any suggestions what this means?

1 week ago my application was refused on the website but I have not received any emails or letters with the details although my account page says that i should receive one. I have used the webform to ask bu it is useless they never reply.
