Regarding the medical test, I have received the hospital bill payment receipts and a invoice with my name, amount paid for the physical exam and the panel physician's stamp(no signature). Is this the acknowledgement to be uploaded? along with the receipts?

I have submitted my AOR on 2 nov, but my work permit got rejected on 4 nov, which I have applied in september and now I need to apply a new permit with status restoration. can I go to home country in meanwhile and what if I get my ppr later. Can I submit passport in home country.

didn't they give you an information sheet? Contact the hospital to request it. There' your picture, information, Worker Non-EDE written on it, that's all you'll need to upload
