I have received a letter, stating that I should provide passport bio-page, height and eye colour. So my question is that why do they need such documents although I have uploaded them at the time of application. Furthermore what is this message called.

Even the letter mentions "valid passport or travel document".
What have you done with it, how you have submitted the documents. I am so confused as the letter has no information regarding submission of these documents.

Seems you will get PPR soon. In another forum I am in when they request for what you have stated very soon they give PPR. That is additional document required.

Congrats,hatt is PPR. Are you from a visa exempt country and did the letter ask you to send it to a visa office?

That's actually PPR if you are from a visa exempt country

AOR usually comes soon after application submission. If you haven't received it till now I suggest you contact cic

Aye!!!!!!!!!!!! file collecting dust in London VO. Got Notes last month and all clear , except Review Required for POF and file transferred to london on December 8th and untouched since then

Hi, No physical address was mentioned, neither was there instructions on submission.
I am so confused that what should i do. Although i have asked it on the webform of CIC now. Lets see what they say.
