Is it just me or applications being processed by Vancouver are facing delays?
Had an interview with an officer on 27 Feb and the status of LPP was changed to completed on March 1 and since then, no update on the ceremony. The most dysfunctional org I have ever seen so far. When I applied, the processing time was 5 months and i’m already beyond that time frame and the people who applied in December with 7 months processing time, already applying for their Canadian passport. I see that this incompetent org is messing up the oath ceremonies as well. People have been waiting for the past two months for their oath and this org can get their shyt together.

Most applications are completing within the given timelines. That's what the service standards are.
Yours is obviously not routine (and I don't mean that in the "non-routine" way of IRCC, although it may also be) if you needed an interview.
They have to screen everyone, completely before allowing them to become a Canadian citizen. It's a big deal. You lashing out and calling them incompetent just comes across as extremely toxic.
Request GCMS via ATIP and see what's going on. If you feel it will help, contact your MP who might be able to get someone to take a second look. And finally, if you feel that it might help, you could contact an immigration attorney for a consultation to see if there is anything you can do to compel the government to make a final decision.
