I think the PCC should be issued after the last date you left India to be accepted. If this was me, I would request a fresh PCC from India and submit the new one.
If it’s is first entry to Canada on 17th aug 2921 you no need one . If you didn’t stay more then 183 days it’s fine you no need pcc . but if you stay 183 yes to get new ..! Better to get new because if you get pcc while your in India it is valid only until you travel like 3 month .. just for safe not to loose time while processing get ne

I may be wrong but I think I am the only one who has applied a paper application because I thought I wasn't eligible to apply online as a single application .
On the Canadian website it said in-order to apply online you had to apply as a family or group but I am seeing a lot of single applications submitted online. Did I make a mistake applying by paper and is my application going to take longer than those who applied online?.
I sent it out on Oct 30 and they recieved it on Nov 6 and understandably I haven't received an AOR yet as some of those who submitted on the same day online have already recieved there's
