If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event, check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you

My test invite came from Mississauga and no I haven't called or web formed them for details or status.

I was going through this thread today and was wondering if the long wait time to respond to the test is a very common scenario. People waited for 2-3 and even more than 6 months in some cases.
The thread stopped in September so not sure if something magically changed and everyone’s application is getting processed faster after September.
After reading through the thread realized Vancouver is historically slower to process. Ah my luck!!!

I did my test on the 10th of December, it has not been completed till now. Does anybody have the same situation? My husband did the test on the 9th of December and his tracker is completed.

Review takes time. It's not done at the same speed. Wait for it to complete. If its the same state for more then two weeks drop an email to the test invites email address and ask for an update.

I did my test again and passed again. Just wondering should I sent them results?

I gave my test again today (19/20). Let's see what they do. Did you end up emailing them.

Yes, email usually comes just 1 or 2 days before the test dates starting (though they published on website that it will come 6 days before). However, you can wait till Monday/Tuesday morning and see, otherwise contact them as there may be technical glitch in the system. Also do check your spam folder that it mayn't be lying over there. Good luck for the test.

I did my test on Dec 8, no updates too. Email is also from Edmonton… I’m planning to send them email on Tuesday if I still don’t get an update by tomorrow .

I heard back from them today. They said just do the exam on the designated days.
