It seems that the applicants who were not required to submit fingerprints are being processed way faster.

Below is my timeline:

AOR: 16th Nov 2023
Test email: 29th Nov 2023 (from Scarborough office)
Test window: 1st December to 30th December
Test Taken: 13th December 2023

It is still not updated in the tracker. Does anyone know how long it will take for the updates to show up in the tracker once something changes on the file? I don't think it updates in the real time.

I had the same issue , instead of calling them I emailed them and they said I don’t need to write the test again my test results are still valid they said it was a technical error on their behalf. I would suggest sending them an email on the email address provided on that email before writing test again. I will trying and copy and paste my conversation with them maybe it will help. I just got the confirmation today that test was completed.


Dear Officer

I got two test requests with different timelines, as shown on the attached picture. I however wrote the test on Monday December 4th , so was just confirming if the test has been received as I have not heard back from you . Just checking if it has anything to do with the different timelines.

This is what they state on the wesite : "We’ll invite most applicants to a video oath ceremony (virtual citizenship ceremony). Some applicants may be invited to an in-person ceremony".

I will wait till tomorrow, if haven't heard back then I will take again. Agent said because 1st invitation got cancelled so they not going to check your test you took.
Which is strange because both test invitation start date 4th of December

Have you got any updates? In my case, my tracker has been updated but there is no update in my wife's tracker, she is facing the same 2 invitations issue.
