The whole process is not very predictable, the answer is always from a few days to a few years.

Test invite doesnt require other parts to be completed? like "Language Skills", "Physical Presence" and "Prohibitions"?

No, LPP will be completed after the test.
For your it will be AOR -> BG -> Test -> LPP -> Oath
For some other people, BG check gets completed much later. No one outside IRCC knows why.
