Citizenship e-certificate email received - Haven't Received any email for e-certificate download instructions yet. Still waiting.
Citizenship ceremony - Received email with Oath date details PDF and general info and instructions PDF for e-certificate on Feb 26th, 2024. Also, she's been asked to attend the oath ceremony online (tracker has not been updated yet)
Oath ceremony scheduled for Mar 6, 2024 @ 10.45 AM (mountain time)
Oath Ceremony completed today on March 6,2024 at 12.45Ontario EST
Opted for e-certificate will have to wait for 2 days before we can download it.

So, finally a Canadian citizen now.

Congratulations..............I have received the email for instructions how to download e-certificate,.............but not the email for the Oath date details pdf (although it is showing on tracker for 21 march oath). How many days before you got your oath scheduled email. And what activities you have to do during oath and right after oath. kindly reply. Thanks. Mine is also Scarborough office.

Well, I saw one case on one forum that it took around 2 months for him. But, for one or 2 more cases, it was more than 2 months. However you should call IRCC customer service

Hi,

Since you have your oath scheduled on 21st March you should be receiving the oath ceremony detailed pdf a week before your ceremony. So, you will have to just wait and watch for now. Also, all the details for the ceremony will be in the pdf. So, you should be good then.

Vancouver office. BG completed on Feb 9 and no updates since then. Is there anyone with Vancouver office here?

Bit of an update. Got an email which contained information about creating an account at the IRCC Portal, Citizenship Ceremony and downloading the e-certificate. I don't know if it is standard to get this prior to getting your date but unless I am blind there is no mention of a date anywhere in this email.
The tracker hasn't been update which really isn't a surprise because from what I have read it gets updated around 3AM.
Can someone confirm that getting this email prior to the date is standard?

This is normal procedure. You will get Oath scheduled this week. Check your tracker tomorrow. Also you can create account on this portal however you won’t be able to download certificate now . It will be available once you are done with your ceremony. It usually available after 2-5 business days after ceremony.

it is not unusual....mine was ...IRCC.DN-CITIZENSHIP-CEREMONIES-RN-CITOYENNETE-CEREMONIES.IRCC ....and I couldn't deduce the name of any city from this. .... let me know if somebody was able to find...
