If all sections are completed, it usually means the application has been approved though?

Yes. If your LPP is recently completed wait for a week or two and then drop an email to your processing office oath email address aand ask for an update.

Congratulations! Are you a single applicant or a family? Due date for my LPP come up at the end of this month. Hoping They will be completed then too.

Single. My family are all Canadian. Yes, everything completed for me around the due date. Yours will be the same I think.

Completing one year since my application reached IRCC.
My due date as per GCMS notes in Nov 11, Hopefully we will all see some movement around our due date.

You can either call the IRCC or order the GCMS notes.
