We completed our test yesterday. My wife got the email confirmation but I didnt get the email. Is this something I should be following up on. Also the tracking failing to load. Others facing the same issue.

You need to hit the button to send an e-mail summary after you complete the test or download a copy else, you won't get either. Your tracker should fix itself once they mark the test as complete after review

Depends on the office... Vancouver is a week to 10 days (some times more). Most ON offices within a week (sometimes more)
