I have similar timeline just like you and I got the test invite on January 28, 2023. So basically I will be able to take test from Feb 10, 2023. Please let me know, did you got any email yet for the Test from local office of Montreal ?

My background check is still in process, how about you ?

I got an email from "Eapp Convo MTL Cen DN (IRCC)", so I guess it is from the Montreal office. When I go to the application status tracker it says my background check is "in progress". I plan to take my test by the end of the window period since I wasn't expecting it to be this early and I have just started to find the material to study.

Sorry bro. There is test video on youtube; it has 414 questions, Richmond Library, citizenship 2020-21 : 10 question test, and maybe read the book two more times. Thank you for sharing.
