At this point I can quite confidently say that it’s got to do nothing with the browser / cache / device in use etc. Some accounts just won’t register because of messed up cic tracker even though they’re processing. Again, m not worried because I’ll be notified if anything changes. Also that tracker barely gives any info tbh.

I second that, I also feel it has nothing to do with the browser, cache or whatever!

Admin, I am able to view my status in tracker and shows as in progress. please update "In process" ECAS status

It shows application filed as 16th Nov 2022 ( the day I got AOR )

I was able to login to tracker on 25th Nov 2022.

I got AOR on 10nov. Application was delivered on 10 oct

Wait for 2-3 days and register for the tracker (the link is in your AOR). The tracker will have an updated status.

I registered on tracker. Had 1650 days of presence. It says in progress

I sent my application on Oct 27 and received on Oct 31.
It is a paper application with total of 3 family members.
Still I have not received any update.
Is this is normal and how much time it will take to get AOR ?

I'm getting the same error message, but I've been waiting for a week+
Waiting to hear back from the web form I submitted for technical issues.

Keep trying. I tried to create account for few days . On 4th day it worked.

Do you enter UCI with hyphens?
Tells me my info is incorrect or invalid.
Tried with and without hyphens, used app number from AOR.
