Paper applicants can use both ECAS and the new tracker above

I tried that too and it doesn't work for me. Maybe I should wait and see.

it takes 42-78 hours normally after AOR. be patient and keep trying! nothing wrong with your application, its just system have some hiccups

Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I hope its normal!

I got AOR 6 days ago. Its still giving me error

Regular mail will be much delayed. You might want to use Xpresspost service of Canada Post and send it to following courier address:

CPC-Sydney
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2

Eventhough CP xpresspost suffering from delays as well, I highly suggest you should use Purolator or Fedex to ensure delivery in 1-2 days by dispatching to same above courier address. Good luck!

I think it's better to include "Citizenship Grants" or "GRANTS ADULTS" as the second line whether it's regular or priority mail, it might help in quick mail sorting.

We are starting to get a bid worried as it's been more than 20 days now. It was sent via Xpresspost. Has anyone with a similar timeline received an AOR?

Hello everyone, I am planning to apply for citizenship but right now i have a question regarding police clearance on the application form where they ask about permanent indian address 8(a) do we have to fit full indian address + ph number + police station address because i am not able to fit all info in there. And my 2nd question is on the checklist it says fill 3 personal particulars form so do we need to fill all 3 with the same information.

I would really apricate if someone could help me with this and how long does it take for PCC India and do we need a PCC from Canada aswell?

Typically applications with kids can be returned because of the id requirements are not met. That's the most common reason I've seen. But if you've followed the requriements (which were discussed a lot in the forum), it should be just the hurricane impact in Nova Scotia. They seem to have fallen behind quite a bit in sending AOR after that.
