When did you send your first webform and when did they respond? I can't register. Apparently, I'm experiencing some another problem
I've sent webform today about my case.
My AOR Dec 13.
Dear friends,
I got AOR email yesterday.
We 3 family members.
Paper Application: received Oct 31 2022
AOR: Dec 19 2022 for all three family members.
Excel tracker updated.
I have a question. In my AOR there is a mistake in my name, instead of First-NameMiddle-NameLast-Name,
my name is written as First-NameLast-NameLast-Name.
How should I contact CIC to change my name to First-NameMiddle-NameLast-Name.
Other family members' names written correctly in AOR as First-NameMiddle-NameLast-Name.
Please guide me how should I contact CIC and correct my name.

Did you search your spam and deleted e-mails directory for e-mails from 'cic.gc.ca' - to make sure you did not miss any e-mail from them?
When you log-in to the application portal, do you see that the application is submitted? Did you recipient a confirmation e-mail for submitting the online application from the citizenship application portal?
If you have verified all of the above, I would suggest calling IRCC and see what is going on... There have been a few cases of online applicants not receiving AOR or missing the AOR e-mail

1. I normally check my spam emails and I don't think I missed out on any email from cic.gc.ca or ircc.
2. Yes when I log into the application portal it shows that the was submitted and I also received a confirmation email to that effect.
3. Do you know any dedicated phone number I can call IRCC on as you suggested.
