Feels like only yesterday I was posting on here about the PR application (2015) and here I am applying for citizenship.

Please follow what IRCC recommends when you start the questionnaire for online. I am not sure if there will be any challenges when applied online seperately, which can be advised by some immigration consultants. This is just my opinion.

If you don't mind can you tell me what are the recommendations? I started to apply online but then it asked me if I will apply as a family or single. I answered as a family so it didn't let me to apply online. Therefore, I started my application on paper. But as I am going through it I'm realizing that it isn't connected with my husband's application at all. So I was wondering if I can send my application separately from my husband.

Same thing of what you saw in the questionnaire when you were filling to apply paper based. I honestly do not know the reason of why we can't apply seperately, but if I am in your stage, I wouldn't take the risk.
