Is there a column in the spreadsheet, that we all fill out, to indicate Pre-Arrival achieved?

I applied for spousal sponsorship in April 2021, Medical biometric completed in May and June respectively, the file hasnt yet updated the medical results.
File moved to NDVO I recieved a document request they asked for wedding pictures showing traditional customs performed, as per instructions emailed them.
No further updates.

Any body in similar situation or have been through.

Took 4 months for my medical to be approved. But I'm an outlier.

Congratulations. Interesting that you got DM and PreArrival at the same time. I got PreArrival a week ago and still awaiting DM.

IRCC received my Spousal Application (outland) on October 26th, 2020. Got AOR1 first week of March 2020. Received an email a week after AOR1 for Biometrics fee. I paid it right away and they confirmed it a month later. Up to this date, we still haven't received any updates regarding SA, BR and MR. I have no idea what's going on why it's taking so long for them to send further updates after I paid that Biometrics fee. Any thoughts? I'm starting to worry.

I'd send a webmail inquiring if the application has moved on to a visa office, and if so, which one. Then try to reach out to that office. You might have better luck that way.
