   Some in between updates from December 2021 onwards.
   • Ghost update seen in CIC profile on 04-Feb-2022
   • Medical passed on 23-Jan-2022 (Medical was completed on 6th Jan 2022, but the medical center uploaded results only on 22-Jan)
   • Submitted Schedule A and new PCC on 12-Jan-2022. Additional document uploaded confirmation received via email same day
   • Received ADR for Schedule A and PCC on 29-Dec-2021
   • Received re-medical request on 24-Dec-2021

Remed request doesn't necessarily mean anything. I got remed on Nov 5,2021, passed med dec14,2021,. Yet my security and criminality not yet started. Hmmm. The wait continues. I sincerely hope my medicals won't expire again before PPR

@MJ Mumbai - I did do one thing upfront around October 2021, I had submitted proof of covid vaccination after I got both the doses via a web form and informed IRCC that I am now fully vaccinated. To be honest I don’t know if this really was what helped my application processing.

My original one got expired. Then I did an upfront (without being asked by IRCC)

So by Upfront Remed, you mean you just land at a panel physician and get the whole process done ? No questions asked?

I had to of course book an appointment. This was back September/October 2021. Not sure if they are allowing upfronts now i.e. the hospitals. Please check in with other people.

Hi, you can upload the information sheet. I appeared for remed in Lahore, and they did send me the IME report that they uploaded on emedical which you can upload.

i did find one better solution, emailed london visa office and they removed the proof of upront tab from documents to submit

This isn't true for me, my criminality was passed till October 2021, it went back to not started after my PCC expired. Basically, Indian PCC validity is only for 6 months or a year I think. So, was asked for fresh PCC.
