Hi guys. Today I want to share a little tip with you. The one thing I have learnt from this immigration journey is to ‘embrace the negativity’. If you accept and embrace it, life will be easier. So now I invite you to close your eyes and embrace this putin de merde de bordel.

No.
Make sure you update your address. The only charge will be that your will be asked to submit your PP at the Local VO of your country of residence.

I have this negative feeling that the September opening may not be intended for overseas PR applicants since they only officially mentioned vaccinated travelers without hinting at anything specific about us.
Since they treat approved PR applicants as restricted by travel rule and not willing to issue visa albeit COPR holders are allowed entry in June, they may just slap us in the face by telling us we are not deemed vaccinated travelers and withholding the visa further after September reopening.
I hope they don’t do that.

They won’t. The vaccine requirement will always be there as long as there is Covid in the world. 7 September will be when anyone travel to Canada for any reason. There will be no “exemption” list to check against.
If still after that date they continue to hold PPRs then they just don’t want the outland immigrants in their country.
I don’t see any reason why they would do that though.

Quite a few outlanders have already been landing. Some people are just mental and they enjoy spreading their stupid negativity on here.

Yeah. I think my thoughts just came from the anxiety caused by the long wait. The hold the processing for Nov & Dec 2020 apps for too long. Those who are lucky got their eligibility passed first at Ottawa VO while criminality and security is pending. Those whose apps are sent to local VO got their criminality passed and eligibility was left pending. Just my observation. My case belongs to the second type. Hope they start work on it soon.

I’m sorry. I hope my stupid negativity will be gone after September. Hope the best will happen for everyone
