• The Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the applicant meets the eligibility requirementsunder the class for which they have applied.
  • the eligibility requirements assessment was finalized on June 28, 2021.
• The medical examination results are on file and valid until September 10, 2021 for the applicant.
• The criminality verifications are currently valid for the applicant.
• The security verifications are currently valid for the applicant.
• The applicant will be notified once a final decision is made.

My PR card is approved and my PR Portal case is closed — I am done. Just a few more days to wait for my PR card and my journey is done. No more refreshing and logging in every day, only to read the word 'submitted' for months on end. Good luck everyone else who is still waiting. Thanks for all support over the past 9 or so months — I am out.

Hi everyone,
I need some views on the following:
I have submitted the EE application on 1st Oct 2020. Its been stuck since the medical confirmation. At the time of application, I was employed with a bank and accordingly chose the NOC. I have recently resigned and moving into a non banking organization in September.
Do i need to inform the authorities right now or after joining the next organization ? Does this impact my NOC and CRS scoring ?

Hey guys,

For so long i was so relieved that by Eligibility is conclusively passed. But after reading a few recent comments, I am not so sure about it now. How do i tell that my Eligibility is conclusively passed?
(In GCMS the final note says Case processing agent in my May end GCMS notes and it's been like that since Feb. I called IRCC last week too and they said Eligibility is passed. It didn't occur to me then to ask if it is "conclusively" passed)

Mine is the same as yours. It says passed but only a case processing agent has reviewed it.

I read that most likely the officer will go with the agent's review, but they can make their own decision too. Until a officer reviews the eligibility you cannot be 100% sure.

If your eligibility is conclusively passed by an officer, you can consider yourself out of the woods.

How do I contact IRCC from outside Canada? I'm not able to get a Canadian number on Textnow anymore. Used a US number to call +18882422100 but got no response. Is there any other way? Does Textnow still work?
