Hi. Does anybody know if we need to inform IRCC about address change if its in the same city and country? I have moved to a different area in the same city/country I'm living in currently and in about a months time I'll be moving back to my home country. I initially though it best to inform them of change in address when I change countries but I'm not too sure now. Should I raise a webform now and inform them about the whole situation? Please advise. @legalfalcon appreciate your input please. TIA

If you are in the same city and country, you do not need to inform.

Received no Mail for extension also.

I called this morning. Like I predicted yesterday, they touched my file and reviewed the additional documents for adding my spouse (which I sent on Mar 29 & they received on Apr 20).
Other than that, everything remains the same.
Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Security: Not started
Criminality: In process of finalization

Good your criminality in process of finalizing... Mine has been in process for months

I hit the 6-month mark earlier this week so decided to call IRCC this morning. I'm still sitting at medical passed, criminality passed, eligibility recommended pass, security not started (no change from a few weeks ago). The guy was kind and said that he understood the anxiety we experience, but I could also tell that he wanted me to just be patient and maybe not call and ask for updates so I'll leave it for a while, haha. VO is still Ottawa. Patience isn't my strong point anymore, I just want my COPR! haha.

IRCC's ATIP is unpredictable.

If the 30 days have passed, send an email at ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca to enquire about your request.

Usually when requests are delayed, IRCC releases them within 30-60 days.

I have received my GCMS notes and found out that they transferred our file from the Sydney office to the Ottawa office on January 12, 2021.

Nobody has even touched our file since then! Poor me checking her profile every single day.

My AOR is October 7th. (CEC INLAND) I have already submitted my Canada RCMP certificate upfront at the time of applying.

I got a email today asking for, CLIENT INFORMATION : "PLEASE PROVIDE STATUS OF OBTAINING RCMP".

Same as you, Ottawa. We have the same Recommend pass date too.

Many of us seem to have been stuck in this status, recommended pass early March & Security yet to start, in Ottawa. Hope to see some progress soon and maybe approval next month.

Just called to speak to agent, no update since Biometrics January 4th. elegibility and background is in progress. Ottowa.

I am a FSW applicant and I was thinking is it possible to travel to Canada as an international student and wait for the fsw there or maybe withdraw it and apply as cec after finishing school?
