He means the Accra VO. They are the outlier when it comes to FSW Outland processing time during covid, with applicants often getting PR within 4 months if their application ends up in Accra.

However, I doubt those CEC Inland applications mentioned above were getting processed in Accra...

It's not a new surprise. There are some super lucky people, their applicants got processed with god-like speed.
I have 2 friends like that, AOR Dec 2020, COPR Feb 2021.

Realistically, for the next 6-8 months atleast, how are you going to reach with the travel restrictions? Worst case it would run a risk of expiry if you got it in lets say July or August last year. As an outlander I would love to see my application reach the last stage right before the PPR

One of my friend applied Dec 2020 ( cec inland) , bio done Jan 2021 , got approval yesterday

We both prepared all docs and he had a study permit refusal in 2017 but got pr in 3.5 months!!

I'm still waiting and close to 6 months . Very very very straightforward app.

Happy for him but is that fair ??
