I am new here and have an inland PNP application.
AOR: Oct 12
Medicals Passed: Nov 17

I called IRCC and they said:
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

Am I any close to PPR? Or is it far away?

They mentioned that my VO is Sydney, but going through the threads, I see that there is both CPC and CIO in Sydney. So, I don't which one is my application in.

I ordered GCMS notes in the beginning of January, but so far no updates on that.

I appreciate your thoughts.

Hello Fads, so I just saw a placeholder tonight after refreshing the upload document page for countless times and it read "replacement overdue". I just drafted a letter of explanation stating that nothing was requested of me from the request letter and I had called IRCC call center that informed me it was a glitch and so there is nothing to upload. I also ceased the opportunity to send my new travel document that I had sent since Oct 27 2020 via webform and have gotten an acknowledgement. I just told the officer to please advise if there is need for any additional document stating the document required. I uploaded the LOE and international passport and my status change to "submitted" and additional document "not applicable" . You may wish to do same.

Hi all, I'm a newbie here

I called IRCC yesterday, and as the agent said, only Criminirity is in process, Eligibility and Security are not started. - I am wondering if this is normal?

He also mentioned that my application was all in order, and said: "the office has only requested the biometrics from you". He didn't mention that if he could see my BIO was already enrolled or not... and somehow I didn't mention to him that on Nov 25, I had given my BIO already (it was shown in my profile right away on the day of) - I totally forgot to tell him this on the phone!!! So the agent didn't acknowledge my BIO in his system. My question is - Does this mean that IRCC has not opened up my BIO and look at them? In other words, they have not touched my case since the day that I submitted my BIO?

There's something I noticed with eligibility Not started cases.
My AOR is 26 Sep 2019 and I got RPRF request on 21 Oct 2019 which I immediately paid. Few days later my file was transferred to my Local Visa Office (LVO). Both eligibility and security bacame Not Started while criminality was in progress (didn't give biometric before file was transferred). When I got gcms in January 2020, I saw the case processing agent already reviewed my file and put positive note (all criteria as MET) on the day he requested RPRF. This is agent who puts either Recommended Pass or Review Required on the eligibility in the Summary.

I believe when file is transferred to either CPC or LVO the status of the summary of the application changes from what the case processing agent puts to Not Started except for the criminality.

Call centers only see Summary page. The only way to truly know the progress is via GCMS.

I believe your file is already reviewed by both the program assistant and case processing agent and only waiting for the officer review.
