No, I haven't noticed. But, I do not check everyday.
Have you noticed a GU as well? What's your AOR and do you know your VO?

As far as I can see from Tracker and other posts, the Eligibility stage has only started for some of August's CEC applications. CEC has to wait at least 1 more month to see the new update on Elgibility unless you are FWS or PNP.

I tried Dingtone instead, I didn't purchase a virtual number in Dingtone. I bought 200 credits in Dingtone. But while trying IRCC number +18882422100 from Dingtone without a Canadian virtual number the call is getting disconnected after 2/3 rings.
My question is, do I need a Canadian virtual number to call IRCC and getting connected?Please suggest

Yes, I had to purchase a Canadian number on dingtone before I could call.

I called IRCC today and they told me that the eligibility is passed.
Background check not started yet. But on the website, it says 'in progess'.

The also told me that my visa office is Ottawa. Is it a "good one"? What are the feedbacks regarding this VO?

And what do you think about the current speed of my application?

Yes you need to buy a virtual Canadian number or if you have a friend who lives in Canada. You can put his number and then ask him for the confirmation pin code that he will receive. That's what I've done. And IT WORKED!

Called IRCC +18882422100 using Fongo yesterday during biz hours without any connecting issue. Voice was a little broken from time to time though.

If you just called, you're a little early. Try after 20 minutes...

Yes you do. You need to buy a virtual Canadian line
