I used 2nd Line, some people use dingtone. Call them at 8am Canada time to reduce waiting time. Also, ask about the status of your application : Eligibility , criminality & security.

Just formally ask them about your application's current status like eligibility and info sharing and criminality and security and lastly ask them about the vo office and the dates also when they where passed or last time an officer or agent accessed the file.

Those who have paid RPRF fees upfront, how they will be able to understand whether they passed eligibility or not?

If an applicant receives a request for the RPRF fee then it usually means that eligibility is recommended passed or passed.

The progression bar of my application has disappeared on the 13th of January, but the estimated date for final decision was indicated as for the 20th of January.
Do you know what does it mean? And what should I do?

The progress bar just shows the time elapsed from the day an application is submitted. It does not inform what stage or how far an application has been processed.

Just got off the phone with IRCC! Guys the best time to call is 8am Canadian time. I had only 2 mins waiting time. I even spoke to a lovely male agent.

Basically my file was moved to Accra VO, 4 days ago. Eligibility passed. No update on security or criminality yet. Hoping for the best.

Please what does your background check say?

Me neither. I called IRCC on Friday and was told Criminality in progress and VO is Calgary.

I checked some of the previous posts, and this VO seems like the slowest of them all.

AOR 30 Oct.
Criminality: In Progress
Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
I forgot to ask where's my VO.
