I was reading the other posts from March and April 2020 and there are many people who still haven't received their COPRs.
My AOR is Oct 8th and I still have no updates on my medical or biometrics so far. This kept me wondering what happens if my COPR is not processed
for the next 10 months and my CELPIP test and medicals expire? Do I need to retake the CELPIP and redo my medicals?
Please help clarify this doubt and thank you =)

From other forums I've read that if your medicals expire due to IRCC taking too long you have to re-do them. This page on Canada.ca says "
How long your medical results are good for
Your medical exam results are valid for 12 months only. If you don’t come to Canada as a permanent resident within that time, you may need to have another exam."

Exam score needs to be valid at the time of submission of the documents so I don't think you need to take another exam. This is true in case of Medical as it makes sense to retake the same after 12 months.

Does anyone know why they prioritize FWS, particularly FWS-outland instead of CEC?
While FWS-outland is from outside Canada who doesn't have Canadian working experience, CEC mainly studied, graduated, and currently working in Canada. my point of view is that the CEC application is quite easier to process and verify than FSW. With all advantages and covid-19 travel strict, CEC might have been processed fast but the fact, CEC is the slowest speed.
Even 2 people have the same qualifications, same job, same experience, same CRS, FWS will be processed faster.
I'm just wondering not discriminating FSW, PNP, or CEC.

Probably because all inland applications go through Ottawa VO and then get transferred based on the work load. I'm FSW-inland myself. It's taking a lot of time to process. I understand. But the most we can do is hope that it's processed fast so we can breath a sigh of relief
