I see that August, 2020 AOR people had their MED/BIL within 1 month from their AOR date. The processing time has increased since September, 2020
Yeah, mostly FSW gets their 1st approval within 30-37 days. CEC is a bit lingering around 40-50 days
Hope you'll see some updates soon! Good luck...
One CEC post in this group , 1st Oct AOR got MED updates . Any updates on your case.
No updates so far, I don't have as much time to check every few hours, but I check the profile at least once a day. Hoping that if an update occurs that I'd get an email.
Hello Everyone,
By god’s grace, today I got medical passed message and request for biometric. Below is the timeline for reference:
Category: FSW outland (PNP Category)
ITA: September 16th
Medicals: Upfront (3rd Oct)
AOR: October 5th
Medical Passed and Biometric Request: November 5th
Status completion on file: 17%
But in India biometric offices are closed till November end, so I will have to wait for December.
I guess today will be the date for FSW

, we will see more FSW updates
IMMtracker shows that a lot of CEC from Sep 22-Oct 1 got their MEL and BIL today. Cheer!!!!
Hi group..MEP passed and received BIL today
Based on the extremely limited data so far, an inference is that they are prioritizing in the following order:
CEC / FSW - Inland, then FSW - Outland w/PNP, then perhaps FSW - Outland w/o PNP.
Based on the extremely limited data so far, an inference is that they are prioritizing in the following order:
CEC / FSW - Inland, then FSW - Outland w/PNP, then perhaps FSW - Outland w/o PNP.
1/ FSW-Inland
2/ FSW-Outland with PNP
3/ FSW-Outland without PNP
4/ Some super rare CEC
5/ Cats, dogs, birds
6/ Some bacteria
7/ Aliens
8/ Anything else
9/ CEC

Just joking
I suppose, we have another reason why CEC medical results take longer. That's because most of them are in Canada. I'm CEC inland, so I passed medical test in Canada. Just after the test I received a notification from a medical test provider: "Please be advised there is a significant delay currently at Public Health Ontario in processing all immigration bloodwork due to COVID pandemic. There is a delay in addition to the normal 3-10 day submission time of cases to IRCC due to this.".
So, I think, that's why CEC medicals take more time. But as usual it's just a guessing.

The general processing times for all programs have increased. As per the 2019 annual report the average time now is 8-9 months, and this was pre-covid.

How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.
Table 35: Processing Times for Express Entry applications finalized by year and immigration category, in months
| Program | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 |
|---|
| Canadian Experience Class | 4 | 5 | 7 |
| Federal Skilled Worker | 4 | 6 | 9 |
| Provincial/Territorial Nominee | 6 | 6 | 9 |
| Federal Skilled Trades | 6 | 7 | 12 |
| All Programs | 5 | 5 | 8 |
Subsequent to this, IRCC also published the evaluation of Express Entry upon the completion of 5 years of express entry in May 2020. A lot of recommendation have been made in it.
Hi,
My AOR 12 October. No updates yet.
After I logged in to my profile. When I am clicking on "View submitted application or Upload documents", I am not able to find my LOE which I have uploaded under "Client Information".
Is it same for everyone ?
