I got a course by course evaluation before when i created my profile, and after ITA i order the one for Immigration purposes. WES send a copy to IRCC and also I uploaded the document. But now I do not remember did I change the reference number or not ( the numbers are the same but the one for immigration has IMM at the end).

I order a duplicate for immigration purposes as i had the one for educational one. Everything on the report is the same.
I uploaded the correct one that is for immigration purposes but in my profile the date of issue and the number ( i wrote without IMM) are for theeducational purposes.
how i can explain this to not get rejected as people got rejected before for almost the same reason

The evaluation for immigration and academic is different. For immigration you have to submit the one that has IMM in the reference. If you did not orde one of immigration do so immediately. It will be a quick turn around for you as WES already has your transcripts so they can use the same for your immigration assessment ECA.

I did order one and submit the correct one with my main application but , in my profile the reference number and date of isssue belong to the main one ( educational one ) as i create profile before.
I called my doctor’s office today; and they said my creatinine test and chest x rays have come in. They’re still waiting on blood test results from public health. They’ve said as public health is also doing covid tests, they’re a bit behind. I did my upfront medical on oct 9th.
