Need some opinion on this....
is there a specific time period of stay required inside Canada before one can apply for the dependent's application? As in if someone gets a PR, does the landing, but has planned getting married soon. So can the processing of dependent start after getting married shortly post PR landing. (getting married outside Canada).
Appreciate people to share some light on this..

I am worried a bit. I did upfront remedical at last Saturday and informed IRCC about the upfront remedical via an webform last Monday. It's not updated yet. Should I send them another webform?

You can submit your passport to any visa office, however, before you can do that you will have to inform IRCC and IRCC will send you a new set of instructions on how to submit your passport in the country you wish to submit it.

(Since, i already know that I will move out of my home country next month and the request will come only after)

1. Will depend on your address on file. Based on that the PPR will be sent to you. If it is correct, then you do not have to update anything.

Great! Also lastly - @legalfalcon should I then inform IRCC of my change in address? since I already know where I will be staying in the UK from next month. My current address on the file is India from where i sent my pr application.
If yes to changing my address, then whats the procedure of informing change in address?

There is no timeframe. You can apply anytime. However, as a sponsor, you have to undertake to provide basic necessities to the sponsored spouse and thus you need to show that you are financially capable.
