So if background verifications are valid and eligibility meets requirements then does it mean eligibility conclusively passed??

FSW-O from USA. Received my PPR on 06/18 and sent it in the next day to Ottawa. Never requested GCSM notes so unsure about category statuses.

If you withdraw your application and then reapply, will the Bridging Visa (open work permit) be automatically canceled or will be still valid?...

Not sure, looks like it is random...Last week got 1 GU monday, 2nd on tuesday, wednesday I called IRCC who said file was approved. Friday morning got first email...tomorrow will mark 1 week and now waiting for credentials email ....
