I have heard that after one month post ITA medicals should be clear but I am still waiting to be passed and soon will receive biometrics request. Can anyone confirm this? I had applied work permit in 2019 so I am assuming background check will not take much time and hoping to get COPR by March latest.
I received AOR Oct 12th. Today i received the BIL, asking me to go take the letter and provide biometrics. My medical still don’t show as passed but the progress bar is there. Also I don’t know where to go in Ontario to provide biometrics.
do I wait for a call from an IRCC agent to provide biometrics?

You may not hear from us for a little while, this is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.

I did the same last year when I got my work permit. I don't know I would need a new one or not.
