I raised webform twice but no response. Emailed Ottawa Office and they said my application is not there. Recently ordered GCMS notes though but it will take time to receive.
Guys, I found this on the second page of my GCMS notes. Does anyone have any idea what the above date is? I got a GHOST UPDATE on 08th January 2021. Could this mean that the officer looked at my application keeping in mind the due date above? My complete timeline is in my signature.

Here RC refers to the Reporting Centre, i.e. the office where the application has been assigned to.
Eg:
RC-6262: CIO Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia
RC-9245: OSC Operations Support Centre in Ottawa, Ontario
RC-6029: New Delhi
Etc.
The L number is the officer who assigned the application to the reporting centre.
The due date is the system generated date to remain the officer of the pending task or application. Due date does not have much significance as most application are processed way before it and others keep pending way past it.

I have a question regarding the PR status and getting a mortgage loan.
Can we receive a mortgage loan as a Canadian permanent citizen after receiving the PPR?
Could you please share at what point is it possible to change the SIN number to local?
